Later, after dropping out of an accounting degree, she discovered TAFE courses in administration, which aligned perfectly with her natural organisational skills. This discovery would mark the beginning of her journey into the world of online business management.
After starting her Virtual Assistant (VA) business, Virtual Infinity, Leanne faced the challenge of competing with low-cost overseas VAs. This obstacle led her to rebrand herself as an Online Business Manager and differentiate her services. The rebranding, combined with her extensive experience in business operations, set her apart from the competition, allowing her to attract clients who truly appreciated her expertise.
Leanne’s journey has not been without its challenges, and she has had to make difficult decisions along the way. Reflecting on her experiences, she ultimately chose to fully commit to her OBM business, Audacious Empires, over returning to the corporate world.
